Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Veteran Loan Fund website. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Veteran Loan Fund. By using the Site, you agree to them.
Veteran Loan Fund is a platform, not a lender. We connect Veteran and Military Spouse entrepreneurs with independent lending partners, who make all credit, rate, and funding decisions under their own terms.
01Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using veteranloanfund.com and any related pages, content, tools, or services (together, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You may use the Site only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
02About Veteran Loan Fund
Veteran Loan Fund Corporation (“Veteran Loan Fund,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online platform that connects Veteran and Military Spouse entrepreneurs with independent, mission-focused lenders and education partners. Veteran Loan Fund is not a lender, loan broker, or financial advisor. We do not make loans, extend credit, set rates, or make credit or funding decisions. All loans and financial products are offered, underwritten, and serviced solely by independent lending partners under their own terms.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
04Accounts and registration
Certain features may require you to submit information or create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
05Electronic communications and consent
By using the Site or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us and, where relevant to your inquiry, from our lending and education partners, in electronic form. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
06Calls and text messages
If you provide a telephone or mobile number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us and our partners regarding your inquiry, application, or account, including messages sent using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of receiving any product or service. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
07No financial, legal, or tax advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, investment, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation regarding any product or lender. You should consult your own qualified professionals before making any financial or legal decision.
08Applications and independent lenders
If you submit an application or inquiry through the Site, you authorize us to share your information with one or more independent lending partners and, where applicable, education partners, so they can evaluate and respond to your request. Those partners are solely responsible for their own products, rates, terms, underwriting, decisions, disclosures, and services. Veteran Loan Fund does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, approved, or funded, or that any particular rate, amount, term, or timing will be available.
09Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide through the Site. You agree not to submit information that is false, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.
10Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose; (b) violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person; (d) interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected networks; (e) upload or transmit any malware or other harmful code; (f) scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means; or (g) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
11Your representations and warranties
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to provide the information you submit, that the information is accurate and complete, and that your use of the Site complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
12Intellectual property
The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, are owned by Veteran Loan Fund or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Site, you agree that we may use them for any purpose without restriction or any obligation to you.
14Third party links and services
The Site may contain links to, or integrations with, third party websites and services that we do not own or control, including independent lenders and partners. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, policies, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
15Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please email a written notice to [email protected] that includes the information required by applicable law, and we will respond appropriately, including by removing infringing material where required.
16Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
17Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETERAN LOAN FUND AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
18Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veteran Loan Fund and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
19Dispute resolution
Most concerns can be resolved quickly if you contact us first. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that is not resolved will be subject to the governing law and venue provisions below.
20Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or suspend or terminate your access to it, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.
21Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
22Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
23General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Veteran Loan Fund regarding the Site. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
24Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.
